Currently, all products listed on this website are digital product, no physical product will be shipped to you unless otherwise stated.

DOWNLOADED ITEMS:

After you purchase an item at Polka Dot Plum, a download link will appear in the My Account area once your payment is received. This is usually immediate if you choose electronic payments such as PayPal or credit cards.

If you are paying with an echeck via Paypal, you will be notified once the check has cleared. This usually takes 4-5 Business Days. We will activate your downloads once we have received notification from Paypal of the cleared check.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds on downloaded items. However, if you download a file that is damaged in any way, we will provide you with another copy of that item.
